- -For patients weighing 20 kg to less than 40 kg: 31 mg (3.5 mL) twice daily
- -For patients weighing 40 kg to less than 60 kg: 44.3 mg (5 mL) twice daily
- -For patients weighing 60 kg or more: 53.2 mg (6 mL) twice daily
