- Patients with genotype 1a or 3 who have previously been treated with an HCV regimen that included sofosbuvir but not an NS5A inhibitor.
The safety and effectiveness of VOSEVI in children have not been established.
Warnings & Precautions:
If patient has a history of hepatitis B, taking Vosevi may cause the condition to reactivate or worsen. Regular blood tests will be necessary to monitor the liver function.
