Medical Use

Rezurock is a kinase inhibitor used to treat adult and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older with chronic graft-versus-host disease (chronic GVHD) after at least two prior lines of systemic therapy have failed.

Recommended Dosage:

  • Dose: The recommended dose is 200 mg taken orally once daily until the chronic GVHD progresses and requires new systemic therapy.
  • Administration: Swallow Rezurock tablets whole without cutting, crushing, or chewing them. Take the dose with a meal at the same time each day.
  • Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, do not take an extra dose to make up for it. Simply continue with the next scheduled dose.

Special Considerations:

  • Renal/Hepatic Impairment: The safety of Rezurock in patients with severe renal or hepatic impairment has not been studied. Weigh the risks and potential benefits before starting therapy in these patients.
