TREMFYA® is a prescription medication for adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, suitable for those who may benefit from systemic therapy (injections or pills) or phototherapy (UV light treatment).
TREMFYA® is also prescribed for adults with active psoriatic arthritis.
Additionally, TREMFYA® is used to treat adults with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis.
Warning & Precautions
Before starting TREMFYA®, inform your healthcare provider about all your medical conditions, especially if you:
- -Have had a severe allergic reaction to guselkumab or any of the ingredients in TREMFYA®.
- -Are dealing with an ongoing or recurrent infection.
- -Have tuberculosis (TB) or have been in close contact with someone who has TB.
- -Have recently received or are scheduled to receive a vaccine. Avoid live vaccines during TREMFYA® treatment.
- -Are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, as it is unknown if TREMFYA® can affect your unborn baby.
