- Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): For adults with advanced, unresectable, or metastatic NSCLC harboring an NRG1 gene fusion, whose disease has progressed following prior systemic therapy.
- Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma: For adults with advanced, unresectable, or metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma harboring an NRG1 gene fusion, whose disease has progressed following prior systemic therapy.
Warning & Precautions
Warnings & Precautions:
Infusion-Related Reactions (IRR) / Hypersensitivity / Anaphylaxis
- Administer only in settings equipped with emergency resuscitation equipment and trained staff.
- Monitor patients closely for signs and symptoms of IRR.
- For Grade ≤3 IRR: interrupt infusion, provide symptomatic treatment, and resume at a reduced rate once symptoms resolve.
- For Grade 4 or life‑threatening IRR/hypersensitivity/anaphylaxis: immediately stop infusion and permanently discontinue BIZENGRI.
Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) / Pneumonitis
- Monitor for new or worsening pulmonary symptoms.
- Permanently discontinue BIZENGRI in patients with Grade ≥2 ILD/pneumonitis.
Left Ventricular Dysfunction
- Assess left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) before starting therapy and at regular intervals as clinically indicated.
- Manage dysfunction with treatment interruption or discontinuation.
- Permanently discontinue BIZENGRI in patients with symptomatic congestive heart failure (CHF).
